This Vegan Shamrock Shake is a creamy, minty delight perfect for St. Patrick’s Day or any time you want a refreshing treat. Made with wholesome ingredients, it’s both delicious and dairy-free!


Ingredients

– 2 cups unsweetened almond milk

– 1 frozen banana

– 1/4 cup raw cashews, soaked for 2-4 hours

– 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves

– 1-2 tablespoons maple syrup (to taste)

– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

– 1/2 teaspoon spirulina powder (for color, optional)

– 1 cup ice cubes


Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the almond milk, frozen banana, soaked cashews, fresh mint leaves, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and spirulina powder if using.
  2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add ice cubes and blend again until the shake is thick and frosty.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed by adding more maple syrup.
