Description
These crispy chicken wings are coated in a buttery, tangy Valentina hot sauce glaze. Perfect for parties, game day, or a spicy weeknight dinner.

- 1 lb chicken wings
- 1/2 cup Valentina hot sauce (yellow or black label)
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Optional: chopped cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) or heat air fryer to 375°F.
- Season wings with salt and pepper. Bake or air fry for 25–30 minutes until golden and crisp.
- In a large bowl, mix melted butter, Valentina hot sauce, and lime juice.
- Toss hot wings in the sauce until evenly coated.
- Serve immediately with ranch or blue cheese and celery sticks.
Notes
- Use Valentina black label for extra kick.
- Sauce can also be used on cauliflower for a vegetarian version.
