Description

These crispy chicken wings are coated in a buttery, tangy Valentina hot sauce glaze. Perfect for parties, game day, or a spicy weeknight dinner.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken wings
  • 1/2 cup Valentina hot sauce (yellow or black label)
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Optional: chopped cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) or heat air fryer to 375°F.
  2. Season wings with salt and pepper. Bake or air fry for 25–30 minutes until golden and crisp.
  3. In a large bowl, mix melted butter, Valentina hot sauce, and lime juice.
  4. Toss hot wings in the sauce until evenly coated.
  5. Serve immediately with ranch or blue cheese and celery sticks.

Notes

  • Use Valentina black label for extra kick.
  • Sauce can also be used on cauliflower for a vegetarian version.
