Ingredients

  • 8 slices turkey bacon
  • Parchment paper or aluminum foil
  • Optional: cooking spray
  • Optional: wire baking rack

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
  3. Arrange turkey bacon slices in a single layer—no overlap.
  4. (Optional) Place bacon on a wire rack for extra crispiness.
  5. Bake for 10–12 minutes, flip slices halfway through.
  6. Continue baking another 5–8 minutes until crispy to your liking.
  7. Remove and place on paper towels to drain excess grease.
  8. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.

Notes

  • Thinner slices may cook faster—check after 10 minutes.
  • Don’t overcrowd the pan. Bake in batches if needed.
  • No oil needed! Turkey bacon releases enough on its own.
