- 8 slices turkey bacon
- Parchment paper or aluminum foil
- Optional: cooking spray
- Optional: wire baking rack
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
- Arrange turkey bacon slices in a single layer—no overlap.
- (Optional) Place bacon on a wire rack for extra crispiness.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, flip slices halfway through.
- Continue baking another 5–8 minutes until crispy to your liking.
- Remove and place on paper towels to drain excess grease.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
Notes
- Thinner slices may cook faster—check after 10 minutes.
- Don’t overcrowd the pan. Bake in batches if needed.
- No oil needed! Turkey bacon releases enough on its own.
