Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a small baking tray with parchment paper.
- Place the cold brie wheel in the center and bake for 8–10 minutes until soft but not oozing.
- Carefully transfer to a serving plate.
- Drizzle with honey and sprinkle chopped pecans on top.
- Garnish with rosemary or thyme.
