Description

A loaded, flavor-packed supreme pizza with a crispy crust, zesty tomato sauce, melted mozzarella, and a perfect balance of meats and veggies.


Ingredients

  • 1 pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 Β½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 12 slices pepperoni
  • 1/2 cup cooked Italian sausage
  • 1/4 cup green bell pepper (sliced)
  • 1/4 cup red onion (sliced)
  • 1/4 cup mushrooms (sliced)
  • 1/4 cup black olives (sliced)
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • Optional: red pepper flakes, parmesan for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 475Β°F (245Β°C). If using a pizza stone, heat it as well.
  2. Roll out dough on floured surface into a 12-inch circle.
  3. Transfer to a baking sheet or pizza peel (for stone use).
  4. Spread pizza sauce evenly across the base.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella over sauce.
  6. Add toppings: sausage, pepperoni, onions, peppers, mushrooms, olives.
  7. Drizzle lightly with olive oil and sprinkle oregano on top.
  8. Bake 12–15 minutes, until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
  9. Let cool for 3–5 minutes before slicing. Garnish if desired.
