- 1 pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 Β½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 12 slices pepperoni
- 1/2 cup cooked Italian sausage
- 1/4 cup green bell pepper (sliced)
- 1/4 cup red onion (sliced)
- 1/4 cup mushrooms (sliced)
- 1/4 cup black olives (sliced)
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- Optional: red pepper flakes, parmesan for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 475Β°F (245Β°C). If using a pizza stone, heat it as well.
- Roll out dough on floured surface into a 12-inch circle.
- Transfer to a baking sheet or pizza peel (for stone use).
- Spread pizza sauce evenly across the base.
- Sprinkle mozzarella over sauce.
- Add toppings: sausage, pepperoni, onions, peppers, mushrooms, olives.
- Drizzle lightly with olive oil and sprinkle oregano on top.
- Bake 12β15 minutes, until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
- Let cool for 3β5 minutes before slicing. Garnish if desired.
Notes
- SautΓ© mushrooms and onions beforehand to prevent sogginess.
- Swap meats or add jalapeΓ±os for a spicier version.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for 3 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
