Ingredients
1 pound fresh strawberries
8 ounces semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
1 cup pastel-colored sprinkles
Instructions
1. Wash and dry the strawberries thoroughly.
2. Melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth.
3. Dip each strawberry into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.
4. Immediately sprinkle the pastel sprinkles over the chocolate-covered strawberries.
5. Place the strawberries on a parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate until the chocolate hardens.
Notes
For best results, use fresh, dry strawberries.
You can use white chocolate instead of semi-sweet for a different flavor.
Experiment with different toppings like crushed nuts or coconut!
