Ingredients

- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine heavy cream, whole milk, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Whisk until the sugar is dissolved.
- Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami container and freeze for at least 24 hours.
- Once frozen, remove from the freezer and process in the Ninja Creami according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Serve immediately or refreeze for a firmer texture.
Notes
For a richer flavor, use more vanilla extract. You can also add mix-ins like chocolate chips or fruit before processing.
