Description
Ninja Creami recipes made easy—start with my simple go-to base and turn it into protein-packed, fruity, or indulgent frozen treats.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1/2 ounce cream cheese
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Soften the cream cheese: Put the cream cheese and 1 tablespoon of cream in a small bowl. Microwave it for a few seconds until the cream cheese is soft.
- Mix the base: Pour the softened cream cheese into your Ninja Creami pint container. Add the sugar and stir until it dissolves.
- Add the rest of the liquids: Slowly pour in the rest of the cream and milk. Stir until everything is well mixed.
- Freeze: Put the lid on the pint and place it in the freezer for at least 12 hours (overnight is best).
- Spin it: Take the pint out of the freezer and remove the lid. Lock it into the Ninja Creami machine. Select the Ice Cream or Lite Ice Cream setting.
- Check the texture: If it looks dry or crumbly, run a Re-Spin once or twice until it’s smooth.
- Add extras (optional): Want mix-ins like chocolate chips or cookie pieces? Add them now, then select the Mix-In setting.
- Serve: Scoop your homemade ice cream into a bowl and enjoy right away!
Notes
- TO STORE: Best enjoyed within 1–2 days for ideal texture.
- TO SCOOP LATER: Let sit at room temperature for 10–15 minutes if too firm.
- CUSTOMIZE IT: Add fruit, cocoa powder, extracts, or flavored protein powders for endless variations.
