Description

Ninja Creami recipes made easy—start with my simple go-to base and turn it into protein-packed, fruity, or indulgent frozen treats.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 ounce cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Soften the cream cheese: Put the cream cheese and 1 tablespoon of cream in a small bowl. Microwave it for a few seconds until the cream cheese is soft.
  2. Mix the base: Pour the softened cream cheese into your Ninja Creami pint container. Add the sugar and stir until it dissolves.
  3. Add the rest of the liquids: Slowly pour in the rest of the cream and milk. Stir until everything is well mixed.
  4. Freeze: Put the lid on the pint and place it in the freezer for at least 12 hours (overnight is best).
  5. Spin it: Take the pint out of the freezer and remove the lid. Lock it into the Ninja Creami machine. Select the Ice Cream or Lite Ice Cream setting.
  6. Check the texture: If it looks dry or crumbly, run a Re-Spin once or twice until it’s smooth.
  7. Add extras (optional): Want mix-ins like chocolate chips or cookie pieces? Add them now, then select the Mix-In setting.
  8. Serve: Scoop your homemade ice cream into a bowl and enjoy right away!

Notes

  • TO STORE: Best enjoyed within 1–2 days for ideal texture.
  • TO SCOOP LATER: Let sit at room temperature for 10–15 minutes if too firm.
  • CUSTOMIZE IT: Add fruit, cocoa powder, extracts, or flavored protein powders for endless variations.
