- 1 ripe banana
- Β½ cup Greek yogurt (or plant-based yogurt)
- Β½ cup orange juice or almond milk
- 1 tsp honey or agave (optional)
- 1 cup ice cubes
Optional Add-Ins:
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 tbsp chia or flaxseeds
- ΒΌ cup frozen pineapple or mango
Instructions
