This Jetty Punch Tropical Smoothie is a refreshing, fruity blend of strawberries, bananas, and yogurt β€” just like the one from Tropical Smoothie Cafe, but made with real ingredients and no added sugar. It’s naturally sweet, customizable, and perfect for breakfast or a quick energy boost.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 ripe banana
  • Β½ cup Greek yogurt (or plant-based yogurt)
  • Β½ cup orange juice or almond milk
  • 1 tsp honey or agave (optional)
  • 1 cup ice cubes
