Description

A vibrant, high-energy cocktail made with six different liquors and topped with Red Bull. The Irish Trash Can is a bold, green party drink that’s perfect for fun nights, themed events, or St. Patrick’s Day celebrations.

Ingredients

Scale
  • ½ oz vodka
  • ½ oz gin
  • ½ oz light rum
  • ½ oz peach schnapps
  • ½ oz blue curaçao
  • ½ oz triple sec
  • 5 oz can of Red Bull (or one mini can)
  • Ice cubes
  • Optional: lemon wedge or twist for garnish

Instructions

  1. Chill a tall glass (like a Collins or hurricane glass) in the freezer or swirl ice inside it for 10–15 seconds.

  2. Fill the glass halfway with fresh ice cubes.

  3. Pour in each of the six liquors (½ oz each): vodka, gin, rum, schnapps, blue curaçao, and triple sec.

  4. Stir gently with a bar spoon to mix.

  5. Open a can of Red Bull and carefully insert it upside down into the glass, resting it on the ice.

  6. Garnish with a lemon wedge or twist if desired.

  7. Serve immediately and enjoy the color transformation!

Notes

  • Always use a tall glass to accommodate the Red Bull can.
  • Let the Red Bull drain slowly for visual effect.
  • For a lighter version, reduce each liquor to ¼ oz.
  • Great for batching as a punch if scaled up and pre-mixed.
