Description
These homemade beef meatballs are flavorful, juicy, and perfect for any meal. Serve them with pasta, in a sub, or on their own!
Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1 egg
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup marinara sauce (for serving)
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
3. Mix until just combined; do not overmix.
4. Form the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.
6. Heat marinara sauce in a saucepan over low heat.
7. Serve meatballs with marinara sauce on top, over pasta or in a sub.
Notes
For extra flavor, add some chopped fresh herbs to the meat mixture.
These meatballs can be frozen before or after cooking for future meals.
