- 8 ounces dark chocolate (70% cocoa or higher)
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional for shine)
Instructions
1. Wash and dry the strawberries thoroughly.
2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine dark chocolate and coconut oil.
3. Melt the chocolate in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
4. Dip each strawberry into the melted chocolate, allowing excess chocolate to drip off.
5. Place the dipped strawberries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
6. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the chocolate to set.
