Ingredients
- – 1 lb chicken breast, cut into strips
- – 1 cup breadcrumbs
- – 1/2 cup flour
- – 2 large eggs
- – 1 tsp garlic powder
- – 1 tsp onion powder
- – 1 tsp paprika
- – 1/2 tsp salt
- – 1/2 tsp pepper
- – Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Set up a breading station: place flour in one bowl, beaten eggs in another, and breadcrumbs mixed with seasonings in a third.
- Dredge each chicken strip in flour, then dip in eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
- Place the breaded chicken tenders on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spray the tenders lightly with cooking spray for extra crispiness.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through, flipping halfway through.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
– For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in buttermilk for a couple of hours before breading.
– You can use panko breadcrumbs for an even crispier texture.
