Ingredients
8 oz elbow macaroni
2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 cup milk
1/2 cup heavy cream
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions until al dente.
2. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
3. Add the milk and heavy cream, stirring until well combined.
