12 slider buns
1 lb corned beef, sliced
1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
1/2 cup sauerkraut, drained
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp brown sugar
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, brown sugar, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
- Spread a layer of the sauce mixture over the buns.
- Layer the corned beef slices over the sauce, followed by the sauerkraut and shredded Swiss cheese.
- Place the top halves of the buns on and brush with any leftover sauce.
- Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy your delicious sliders!
