- 1 cup boneless chicken wings (grilled, fried, or air-fried)
- 2 tbsp buffalo sauce
- 1 tbsp ranch dressing
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 tbsp crispy fried onions
- 1 spinach or flour tortilla
- Optional: sliced avocado, diced tomatoes, pickled jalapeños
Instructions
- Heat chicken wings and toss them in buffalo sauce.
- Warm tortilla in a skillet or microwave for flexibility.
- Spread ranch dressing on the tortilla as the base layer.
- Add buffalo chicken, lettuce, cheese, and crispy onions.
- Add optional toppings if desired.
- Fold in sides, roll tightly, and toast on a skillet (seam down) for 1–2 minutes per side.
- Slice in half and serve with extra ranch or hot sauce.
Notes
- Use air-fried chicken for a healthier version.
- Ranch can be replaced with Greek yogurt dressing.
