Drink Base:
- 1 cup ice
- ½ cup milk (any kind)
- 2 tbsp caramel syrup
- 1 tbsp dark brown sugar
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract
- Optional: 1 shot espresso or ¼ cup cold brew
- 2 tbsp whipped cream (for blending)
Topping:
- 2 tbsp whipped cream (for topping)
- Crushed toffee bits or caramel shards
- Extra caramel drizzle
Instructions
Blend the Base
- Combine ice, milk, caramel syrup, sugar, vanilla, and coffee in a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Layer Your Glass
- Add a spoonful of whipped cream at the bottom. Drizzle caramel on the inside of the glass.
Pour and Top
- Pour in the blended mixture. Add a generous scoop of whipped cream.
Add the Crunch
- Sprinkle crushed toffee or caramel crunch on top and finish with more caramel drizzle.
