Instructions
- Brew espresso (or strong coffee).
- Heat and froth half-and-half gently on stovetop or with frother (don’t boil).
- Mix caramel syrup into the half-and-half.
- Pour espresso into cup, then add caramel cream mixture.
- Top with foam or whipped cream and caramel drizzle if desired.
Notes
- Use sugar-free syrup and heavy cream for a keto version.
- Add vanilla or sea salt for flavor variation.
