- 500ml filtered water
- 2 tbsp butterfly pea flowers (or 1 tea bag)
- 1 tbsp raw apple cider vinegar (with “the mother”)
- 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
- Β½ tsp grated fresh ginger
- 1 tsp raw honey (or monk fruit/stevia for sugar-free)
- Ice cubes
- Optional: mint leaves, chia seeds, lime slices
Instructions
- Brew butterfly pea tea in hot water for 5β7 minutes. Let it cool.
- Add apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, ginger, and honey to the tea. Stir well.
- Serve over ice in a tall glass. Add optional garnishes.
- Enjoy chilled β preferably mid-morning or afternoon for best results.
