Description

Ingredients

  • 4 large russet potatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon bits
  • 1 cup steamed broccoli
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  2. Wash and scrub the potatoes until clean.
