Ingredients
- 8 oz dark chocolate, chopped
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup Baileys Irish Cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Cocoa powder (for dusting)
- Chopped nuts or sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
1. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the heavy cream and chocolate. Stir until melted and smooth.
2. Remove from heat and add Baileys and vanilla extract.
3. Let the mixture cool to room temperature.
4. Refrigerate for about 2 hours or until firm.
5. Scoop out small portions and roll into balls.
6. Roll the truffles in cocoa powder, nuts, or sprinkles.
7. Store in the fridge until ready to serve.
Notes
These truffles can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week. Experiment with different coatings!
