- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- ¾ cup coconut milk (or coconut cream)
- 2 tbsp white chocolate chips (or vanilla yogurt)
- ½ cup ice
Optional:
- ½ ripe banana
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- Shredded coconut for garnish
Instructions
- Add coconut milk to the blender.
- Add frozen strawberries and pineapple.
- Add white chocolate chips (or yogurt), banana, and ice.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
