This Bacon Turkey Bravo sandwich is a spot-on Panera-style copycat, featuring layers of oven-roasted turkey, smoky bacon, aged cheddar, and a creamy signature sauce β all between slices of soft tomato basil bread. Itβs easy to make at home and fully customizable.

For the Sandwich:
- 2 slices tomato basil bread (or sourdough)
- 3β4 slices oven-roasted turkey breast
- 2 slices applewood-smoked bacon, cooked
- 1β2 slices aged white cheddar
- 2β3 slices vine-ripened tomato
- A handful of mixed greens or romaine
For the Signature Sauce (Copycat):
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp ketchup
- Β½ tsp paprika
- ΒΌ tsp white vinegar
- Dash of black pepper
Instructions
Make the Sauce:
- Mix mayo, ketchup, paprika, vinegar, and black pepper in a small bowl.
Toast the Bread:
- Lightly toast both slices of bread to your preference.
Assemble the Sandwich:
- Spread sauce on both slices of bread
- Layer turkey, bacon, cheese, tomato, and greens
- Close and press lightly
Optional:
- Grill the whole sandwich in a skillet with butter for a warm, melted version.
